Woody’s Hideaway is a 21+ venue at all times.
Yes, we offer plenty of bites and shareables at each of our locations. Menu items vary by location. Please visit our location’s page to find your closest Woody’s Hideaway food and beverage offerings. We do not allow outside food, but you may bring in a cake or cupcakes if it’s a birthday celebration.
We offer multiple drink packages that can be purchased in advance. Perfect for corporate events, parties, or any celebration.
Guests are welcome to decorate for their private party. Glitter, confetti, and silly string are not allowed at any of our Woody’s Hideaway locations. Decor must be collected at the end of the event.
Celebratory cakes are permitted during private events. No outside catering or non-venue food is allowed.
Bar minimums vary by the private event’s date and time. The event host is responsible for meeting the agreed minimum amount. If the total spend for an event falls below the bar minimum, the host will be charged the difference.

All event cancellations will result in the loss of the initial deposit. Subject to availability, events may be rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original event date.

Pool tables are available to all guests on a first-come first-served basis. Private events may include pool tables in their reservation package , depending on the date and time.
